Combine training for strength, flexibility and fitness with an exercise form that hones the mind as well as the body. Yoga for aerial is a pure, traditional sequence of asanas or postures with special emphasis on opening up the shoulders and hamstrings.
Yoga increases flexibility and vitality and enhances graceful posture and flowing moves in your chosen aerial skill.
From January 2012 there will be 2 Drop-In Classes per week – FREE INTRODUCTORY CLASS!
