Moira Campbell
Marketing Director
Course Tuition: Static Trapeze, Doubles Trapeze, Rope, Aerial Hoop and Yoga
Moira Campbell’s ethos is that any student with enough passion, discipline and determination can become a circus artist.
Moira started out relatively late with aerial training at the age of 24. After studying at The Circus Space in London, she left her job in independent film as a producer and screenwriter to follow her dream. Fired up with the idea of bringing circus to all, she started teaching her classes in an old church in Highgate but soon continued her business at the original ‘Hangar’ in East London and The Synergy Centre in Oval.
Her love for teaching, performing and running cabarets developed and soon she moved in with 8 other circus maniacs at The Hangar warehouse and married Alex Frith. With circus now her life she made the big jump to the new bigger and better Hangar Arts Trust in Greenwich and became an equal partner in AirCraft Circus, taking on the role of Marketing Director and Programme Manager. She currently runs and coordinates the Full Time Course, the AirCraft Adult Programme and the AirCraft Youth Circus.
Alongside her passion for circus, Moira travelled to India to train as a traditional yoga teacher and came back so enthralled she named her first child after the country – who at the tender age of three has performed no less then 12 times already!
