Thursdays 7-8.30pm (warm up & cool down included)

Class Information:

Rope and silks are vertical aerial disciplines.  

Learn how to climb the rope and silks, and learn static shapes and sequences, as well as exciting drops in a warm and inviting group circus class.

Adult classes are suitable for ages 16+

We offer a concession discount of 10% to students, Blue Light Card holders, and South London Club members - you will be required to provide an ID for validation when arriving for your first class.
